Some weeks it’s menopause.
Some weeks it’s falling — because apparently that’s a thing lately.
Some weeks I’m working something out in real time.
I cuss.
I stumble.
I don’t re-record.
If the dog barks, you’ll hear it.
If I cough, I keep going.
If something strikes me funny, I’m going to laugh.
If I lose my train of thought, I find again
I show up weekly — not because I have nothing else to do, but because I said I would.
If I’m going to be honest with anyone, it starts with me.
If I say I’m going to do something — especially for myself — I do it.
That’s it.
No overthinking.
Just record.
