Sooooo...Have you ever not known where to start? Your mind is full. Your heart is full. Life is life-ing. You know you need to get it out... You just don't know where to start. That's exactly why I create prompted journals.
So if you've ever caught yourself thinking, "I need a journal for..." this is your place to finish the sentence. Maybe it's funny. Maybe it's heartbreaking. Maybe it's frustrating. Maybe it's one of those "Okay... but damn." moments.
